What kind of school is this?
Novoschool will offer small classes, family friendly hours, and personalised learning plans for every young person. It is a school for curious learners.
Novoschool will offer a small, progressive, student centred option for Newcastle families.

What makes us different?

Study what you are interested in
A space designed with you, for you
Learning in and outside of the classroom

The learning program at Novoschool includes all required curriculum for NSW schools. However, the learning program is designed with the young person at the centre. Each student will have their own learning plan, with significant opportunities to learn about what they are interested in.

We will not look like a traditional school. Learners will co-design their own learning spaces, allowing for individual preferences and tastes.
Novoschool will be open from 7am until 6pm to give more time in a safe space for those that need it.

An urban setting not only lets us use the city as our campus, but the learning program includes significant time working with local groups and businesses. This will include visits and internships, allowing learners a deeper knowledge of their areas of interest.
